Tasks

Keep a to-do list for a project, attached to garments or to the whole pack, and arrange it on a board with your own columns.

Tasks

Tasks are notes about what still needs doing in a pack: "fix the collar clipping", "add a red colourway". A task can belong to one garment or to the whole project, and every task sits on a board with columns you name yourself. Tasks are free and need no account when you work alone.

Adding a task

There are several ways in.

WhereWhat the task is about
Right-click an item > Add task…That item.
Select several items, right-click > Add task to N items…Each selected item gets the same task.
Add task in the item editorThe item you are editing.
Add a card at the bottom of a board columnThe whole project (shown as Project on the card).

The first three open the Add task dialog. Type what needs doing in What needs doing?. If the board has columns, choose one under Column. Press Enter or click Add task.

Items with open tasks show an amber dot in the item list. Hover it to see up to five of them.

The board

Click Board in the top bar to swap the 3D preview for the board. Click it again to go back; the selected item and texture are exactly where you left them.

A board is the columns you name: "Must have", "Second phase", whatever the pack needs this week. Until you make one, every task is shown in a single Tasks column.

Columns

  • New column (to the right of the last column) adds one. Type a name and press Enter.
  • The column's Column options menu lets you Rename it, pick a Colour (Amber, Red, Green, Blue, Violet, Pink or Neutral), Edit note to say what belongs in it, or Delete column.
  • Deleting a column never deletes its cards. They move to another column, and the dialog says where.
  • A column's count shows open cards only.

Cards

  • Drag a card onto another column to move it.
  • Mark done ticks it off. Finished cards stay visible below the open ones.
  • Remove this card deletes it.
  • Click the item name on a card to jump to that item. The board closes and the preview shows it.
  • A card whose item was deleted is marked Item deleted. It is kept, because deleting a garment is not a decision about the notes written against it.

Working with a team

When a project is shared through a party and you are signed in with Discord, the task list is shared with everyone in it, and each card also shows who added it. Parties are a Premium feature; the task list itself is not.
